Awkward-pop pioneer Belot has dropped the fantastic new single, ‘Get This’. The track is a continuation of her previous endeavour to create vibrant, immersive pop textures, this time with bouncy electronics underpinning her infectious voice. It’s effortlessly memorable and filled with even more reasons to love the work of Belot. Over the course of just two minutes, she hits us with layers of vocal harmony and attitude-filled melodic hooks, that are enriched by detailed, bold production choices. ‘Get This’ follows on from her Harmless Fun EP from last year, which is definitely worth revisiting. -Dan Peeke
